Third boss toc normal 10man Eredar twins or whatever they are called. lol long name !!

Eredar twins =?

I couldn't see any guide for it on the forum (didn't really bother looking either btw)
and im bored so I decided to write down my ideas about it.

We have killed them both on 10man and 25man now, so this is for those who have been afk,not attending or getting a baby.

>You need two tanks on this encounter, 1 for the lighbane and 1 for the darkbane boss
>There will be four portals, two on the left and two on the right.
> There are black and white portals, each give a black or white aura.
> There will be orbs flying around
>There will be bosses healing
>There will be bosses aoing


Now what to do

>You tank the bosses aprox where they stand, close to the north portal. (its easier, will explain why later)
>To tank the boss and do dps you have to have the aura of the OPOSITE colour of the boss your figthing. Except healers, have the same colour as the mob they are fighting, so they can absorb the orbs flying around with that colour.
>Thats white aura on the darkbane and black aura on the lightbane

>THe bosses have two abilities, a heal called TWINS pact and a aura change(which is a aoe) Important ONLY ONE OF THEM DOES IT AT A TIME; NOT BOTH
>When they heal, one of the bosses get a shield. This needs to be dps down, when the shield is down due to dps, you can interrupt the heal with any spell interrupt available. Whind shock and so on.
> To ensure that you have enough dps to bring down the shield, the dps on the mob without a shield, will have to switch aura and go and attack the other boss. When the shield is down and the heal is stopped, they change aura at the boss they are, and come back to fight the other one.

>When they do the aurachange(aoe dmg) you have to change to the SAME colour as the boss your fightning to survive the dps, Not you have to read which boss does it, Is it the ONE your currently fighting, then YOU have to change to the same aura, is it the one the other guys are fighting on the other side, you can just continue dpsing your mob and ignore the others.

Now to the orbs, its quite simple really. You love the orbs with same colour as you have, since they give you a dmg buff when you get a stack of 100. which doubles your dmg or so. So gather them. If you hit the one of oposite colour you get hit by dmg instead. so try to avoid it.
If you let the buffs hit the boss, THE boss will get the dmg buff, which is really bad.

So just focus on catching orbs, doing dps, avoiding orbs of the oposite colour, Read the messages on top of your screen saying "Darkbane CASTING TWINPACT" and then reacting corretly you will get to loot in no time ;D
